3. If you do not let us know you want to see the resulting design, we will personalize it and print it right away for shipping.
We can't offer refunds on personalization you didn't like and didn't ask for approval for! Out of hundreds of personalized orders, we've only had a few customers ever want to make any changes to our default personalization (out of 500+ orders), so you can trust us to do a great job for you!
If you did ask for a mockup and don't give us approval within 48 hours, we'll print and ship or cancel at our discretion. Thank you for understanding! We want to make sure you have the exact product you had in mind, so want to get them out to you ASAP.
