Reselling digitally? No. Reselling to be affixed to physical media? Yes.

If you intend to purchase only a few designs, I offer commercial licenses per design. If you intend to buy many designs for commercial use, I offer a shop wide license that covers all designs in my shop.

You must still purchase the designs themselves, whichever licensing option you choose. Commercial licenses are under the Commercial License category. See the respective listing for more details on what the commercial license covers. On purchase, I send the signed commercial license agreement customized to your design(s) and name. This is for selling physical prints or finished physical products for your business.

The digital designs you purchase are not to be COPIED, SHARED, DISTRUBITED, EDITED, ALTERED OR RESOLD. These Digital designs are the property of Pixalis and if you break these terms, you should expect to be pursed for copyright infringement.

I offer both digital and sublimation custom designs (up to 8.5x11)!

For digital custom designs, make sure to message or email me at 📧ali@pixalis.co📧 with what you would like, along with any pictures, details, and descriptions. We'll work together to make sure you're happy with the design before you order.

Digital custom designs (PNG or SVG) are $6, and custom designs for transfers incur a $2 or $4 fee depending on complexity. Sending me the exact file/image you want printed costs nothing extra.

After purchasing this file, you will receive a download link to your email from Etsy. Or you can go to your Purchases and Reviews and look for the order. To the right you will see a button that says Download Files. Click on that button and the file will be download to your computer.

All digital and sublimation designs, and works produced from custom requests are property of Pixalis. You purchase the right to one (1) copy of the design if digital (to use for personal and not business use), and the right to physical copies in the case of physical transfers shipped to you. YOU DO NOT own the design you purchased, you own your purchased copy for your personal use. YOU CANNOT sell a digital design for profit digitally EVER, and you CANNOT sell it for profit in physical form unless you buy a Commercial License for it, found in the "Commercial Licenses" category of my shop.
